How do I create an account?

  1. Open the T-Shirt Generator app
  2. Tap "Sign Up" on the welcome screen
  3. Enter your email address and create a password
  4. Verify your email (check spam folder if not received)

  1. Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen

Design Generation

How do I generate a design?

  1. Go to the "Generate" tab
  2. Enter a text prompt describing your design (e.g., "a cool robot surfing")
  3. Optionally select an AI model (nano-banana recommended)
  4. Tap "Generate Design"
  5. Wait 15-30 seconds for your AI-generated design
  6. View your design on a t-shirt mockup

All payments processed securely by Stripe. We do NOT store your credit card information.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider (the highest security standard). We never see or store your credit card details.

When will my order ship?

Timeline:

  1. Order placed → Admin review (24-48 hours)
  2. Order approved → Sent to Printful for production (3-7 business days)
  3. Production complete → Shipped (3-5 business days)
  4. Total estimated delivery: 1-2 weeks

You'll receive tracking information via email when your order ships.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships:

  1. Check your email for tracking information
  2. Or go to app Orders tab > View Order > Tracking Number
  3. Click tracking number to see delivery status

Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?

What if my t-shirt arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tshirtgen.com:

  2. Attach clear photos of the defect

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary by location.

Note: International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are the buyer's responsibility and NOT included in our pricing.

What if my order is lost or delayed?

  2. Tap your name → Subscriptions
  3. Find T-Shirt Generator
  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Android (Google Play):

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
  3. Find T-Shirt Generator
  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Will I get a refund if I cancel?

Do unused designs carry over to the next month?

No, unused designs do not roll over. Your generation limit resets to the full amount on the 1st of each month.


Commissions & Sharing

How do I share a design and earn commissions?

  1. Go to your Closet and select a design
  2. Tap "Share Design"
  3. Copy your unique share link
  4. Share the link on social media, messaging apps, etc.
  5. Earn 10% commission when others purchase through your link!

How much commission do I earn?

10% of the subtotal (before discounts and shipping)

How do I track my commissions?

  1. Go to Profile > Commissions
  2. View:
    • Pending earnings
    • Total earnings
    • Payout history
    • Designs shared and their performance

Do I need to pay taxes on commission earnings?

US users: If you earn over $600/year, we'll send you a 1099-NEC tax form. You're responsible for reporting income and paying taxes.

International users: Subject to your country's tax laws. You're responsible for tax compliance.

Can I share my own design and buy it to earn commission?

No! Purchasing your own designs to earn commission is considered fraud and will result in:

Content Moderation & Safety

How do I report inappropriate content?

  1. Find the design you want to report
  2. Tap the "⋮" menu or "Report" button
  3. Select a reason:
    • Inappropriate/NSFW content
    • Copyright infringement
    • Hateful/abusive content
    • Spam
    • Other
  4. Optionally add details
  5. Submit report

We'll review within 24 hours and take appropriate action.

  1. Go to the user's profile or design
  2. Tap "⋮" menu
  3. Select "Block User"

Technical Support

The app won't load or keeps crashing

Try these steps:

  1. Close and reopen the app
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Update to the latest version (App Store or Play Store)
  4. Restart your device
  5. Uninstall and reinstall the app (your account data is saved in the cloud)
