1. T-Shirt Purchases
1.1 When You CAN Get a Refund
✅ Before Production Starts
- Refunds available if order has not been sent to Printful for production
- Typically within 24-48 hours after order placement (during admin review)
- Full refund of order total (including shipping and tax)
- Contact support@tshirtgen.com immediately
✅ Defective or Damaged Products
- Items arrive damaged, defective, or not as described
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the defect
- We'll arrange replacement or full refund
✅ Lost or Undelivered Orders
- Order tracking shows lost or not delivered
- Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 10+ days
- We'll investigate with Printful and issue refund or reship
1.2 When You CANNOT Get a Refund
❌ After Production Starts
- Once order is sent to Printful, it cannot be cancelled
- T-shirts are printed on-demand specifically for your order
- Production typically begins within 48 hours of admin approval
❌ Change of Mind
- "I don't want it anymore" is not eligible for refund after production
- Please double-check your order before purchasing
❌ Design Dissatisfaction (Non-Defect)
- If design prints correctly but you don't like how it looks
- Review mockups carefully before purchasing
❌ Wrong Size Ordered
- If you selected the wrong size at checkout
- Review size chart before ordering
- Exception: If we shipped wrong size (our error), we'll replace it
❌ Shipping Delays (Beyond Our Control)
- Weather, customs, carrier delays
- International customs fees or duties
- Incorrect address provided by customer
1.3 Refund Process for T-Shirts
How to Request:

- Order number
- Reason for refund request
- Photos (if defect)
- Your account email
We'll review within 24-48 hours
If approved:
- Refund processed to original payment method
- Refund appears in 5-10 business days
- Email confirmation sent
Refund Amounts:
- Full refund: Order total + shipping + tax (for defects or our errors)
- Partial refund: May apply for minor issues at our discretion
- Return shipping: Customer responsible unless item defective
2. Premium Subscriptions ($0.99/month)
2.1 Subscription Refunds
Apple App Store:
- Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store
- Refunds handled by Apple, not T-Shirt Generator
- We cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases
How to Request Refund from Apple:
- Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find T-Shirt Generator subscription
- Select "Request a Refund"
- Choose reason and submit
Or:
- Open Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases
- Tap "View Account" > Purchase History
- Find subscription and tap "Report a Problem"
Google Play Store:
- Subscriptions purchased through Google Play
- Refunds handled by Google, not T-Shirt Generator
- We cannot directly issue refunds for Play Store purchases
How to Request Refund from Google:
- Go to https://play.google.com/store/account
- Find T-Shirt Generator subscription
- Select "Request a Refund"
- Follow the prompts

2.2 Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel anytime:
iOS (Apple):
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- Select T-Shirt Generator
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Android (Google Play):
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap Menu → Subscriptions
- Select T-Shirt Generator
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
What Happens After Cancellation:
- Access continues until end of current billing period
- No further charges
- Subscription tier reverts to Free after period ends
- Unused designs do NOT carry over
- No pro-rated refunds
2.3 Subscription Terms
- No refunds for unused portion of subscription period (per Apple/Google policy)
- No carryover of unused designs to next month
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Price changes: We'll notify you 30 days before any price changes
3. Design Generations
3.1 No Refunds for Generation Credits
Design generation credits are non-refundable:
- Free tier: 5 designs/month (non-refundable)
- Premium tier: 30 designs/month (no partial refunds for unused)
- Credits reset monthly and don't carry over
- Blocked or failed generations may be restored at our discretion
3.2 Failed Generations
If a generation fails due to technical issues:
- Contact support@tshirtgen.com
- We may restore your generation credit
- Or provide extended access to compensate
Not eligible for restoration:
- Generations blocked for violating content policies
- Intentional testing of content filters
- Prompts designed to generate prohibited content
4. Commissions and Payouts
4.1 Commission Earnings
Commissions are earned when:
- Someone purchases a design through your share link
- Order is approved and fulfilled
- No refund or chargeback occurs
4.2 Commission Forfeiture
You may lose commissions if:
- Order is refunded (commission reversed)
- Fraudulent activity detected
- Account terminated for violations
- Purchase made in violation of terms (e.g., self-dealing)
4.3 Payout Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse payouts for:
- Accounts with suspicious activity
- Earnings below minimum payout threshold ($25)
- Fraudulent commissions
- Accounts with policy violations
No refunds or compensation for forfeited commissions.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
5.1 Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive:
- Damaged item (torn, stained, etc.)
- Defective print (misprinted, faded, off-center)
- Wrong item (wrong design, size, or product)
- Item significantly different from mockup
We'll make it right!
5.2 How to Report Quality Issues
Within 7 days of delivery:
- Email support@tshirtgen.com
- Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Description of the problem
- We'll review within 24-48 hours
Resolution Options:
- Replacement: We'll send a new item (preferred option)
- Full Refund: If replacement not possible
- Partial Refund: For minor issues (at our discretion)
5.3 After 7 Days
- Quality claims after 7 days handled case-by-case
- Provide detailed explanation for delayed report
- We reserve right to deny late claims
6. Shipping Issues
6.1 Lost Packages
If tracking shows package lost:
- Wait 10 business days from expected delivery
- Contact support@tshirtgen.com with order number
- We'll investigate with Printful
- Resolution: Replacement or full refund
6.2 Delayed Shipments
Expected timeline:
- Production: 3-7 business days
- Shipping: 3-5 business days (varies by location)
- Total: 1-2 weeks typically
If significantly delayed:
- Contact support@tshirtgen.com
- We'll track down the issue
- May offer partial refund for extreme delays
Not eligible for refund:
- Minor delays (1-3 days)
- Weather or carrier delays
- Customs delays (international)
- Busy holiday periods
6.3 Wrong Address
If you provided an incorrect address:
- We cannot redirect packages after shipment
- Customer responsible for replacement order
- Exception: If we entered address incorrectly (our error)
6.4 Undeliverable Packages
If package returned as undeliverable:
- Due to wrong address: Customer responsible for reshipping fee
- Due to refusal of package: No refund
- Due to carrier error: We'll reship at no charge

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

- Most issues resolved quickly and amicably
10.2 Chargeback Policy
If you file a chargeback without contacting us:
- Order may be cancelled
- Account may be suspended pending investigation
- Designs and content may be locked
- Commissions may be forfeited
Fraudulent chargebacks:
- Account permanently banned
- Legal action may be taken
- Added to fraud database
Legitimate disputes:
- We'll provide evidence to your bank
- If resolved in your favor, refund processed
- Account reinstated if appropriate
11. Exceptions and Special Cases
We handle each case individually. Exceptions may be made for:
- Extenuating circumstances
- Long-term loyal customers
- Technical issues on our end

T-shirts are fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service.
What This Means:
- Quality and production managed by Printful
- We coordinate with Printful for refunds/replacements

- We act as intermediary for quality issues
